Ticket holders who are unable to attend at short notice can use the BVB Secondary Ticket Market up until two and a half hours before kick-off and thus make it possible for other fans to come to the stadium.
Ticket holders do not have to give up their individual tickets or season tickets, as the tickets can be electronically blocked and then re-released.
The secondary market is available for all sold-out home matches.
