Fulham and Porto are both interested in signing Atletico Madrid defender Caglar Soyuncu, with competition for his signature heating up.
Despite being approached by Fenerbahce, Soyuncu is not keen on a return to his homeland and is instead looking for a more competitive league and project.
Porto appears to be pushing the most for the player, working out how to facilitate a loan deal and making enquiries with both the player's agent and Atletico Madrid.
