Ghana winger Samuel Owusu scores for Al-Fayha FC in 5-2 win against Ohod Club

Ghana youngster, Samuel Owusu scored for Al-Fayha FC on Sunday afternoon during the team's delightful 5-2 win against Ohod Club in the Saudi First Division.

The winger after returning to the club from his loan spell at Al-Ahli Saudi in the January window has played an integral role to put the side in the running for promotion to the top-flight league at the end of the season.

Today, he was called into action when Al-Fayha FC hosted Ohod Club at the Prince Salman Bin Abdulaziz Sport City Stadium to battle for three points on matchday 27 of the ongoing campaign.

Putting in another outstanding shift, Samuel Owusu got on the scoresheet a minute after the hour mark to give his team a comfortable lead.

Before his equalizer though, Tunde Adeniji had netted a hat-trick to put Al-Fayha FC in control before Ibrahim Diomande netted a consolation for Ohod Club.

Later in the game, goals from Talal Majrashi and Ibrahim Sory added to the goals from both teams as Al-Fayha FC run away as deserving 5-2 winners against the opponent.

With today's goal, Samuel Owusu has now scored three times for his team since arriving from his loan spell and also has two assists to his name.
