Honestly I don't think this will be best option for Chelsea at this moment in time. Chelsea are playing very well at the moment with a strong midfield and they are closer to managing the wage bill in line with new financial regulations, so making a move for Marco Reus may not be a smart option.
However, Marco Reus is one of the best midfielders currently and any team would love to have him. It would make perfect sense to join a club like Man City or Arsenal, who are more likely to need his services in the middle of the park. At times both Arsenal and Man City look lost in midfield.
Personally, I would love to see him at Arsenal.

Reports claim Manuel Pellegrini's side have made an official enquiry for Borussia Dortmund's coveted attacking midfielder, and have asked for updates over his availability.
Jurgen Klopp is unlikely to be pleased with the talk surrounding the 25-year-old, but knows he is vulnerable to offers should Reus continue to rebuff negotiations over a new lucrative deal.
The German superstar is contracted until 2017, but a £20m buy-out clause is set to kick in during the summer of 2015, enabling those with financial muscle to poach him from under the noses of Dortmund chiefs.
Reus is still recovering from ankle ligament damage sustained during Germany's European Championship qualifying victory over Scotland last month.
Despite his injury, any team would be lucky to acquire Reus' services. He played 45 games in all competitions last-season, racking-up 23 goals with a further 18 assists to boot.
The English quartet have the resources to lure Reus away from his beloved Dortmund, and the influx in German stars in England may influence his next destination.
Chelsea should sign the player ^_^
