Reports have linked Chelsea with the signing of one player from the Bundesliga at the end of this season.

It has been reported that this is of the direct request of Mauricio Pochettino, who is clearly planning to the future despite there being reports that his job is far from secure.

It was claimed today that the Blues have an interest in bringing in RB Leipzig star Dani Olmo, potentially to replace one of their more important stars this season.

He has seemed to prioritise his playstyle over the likes of Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo, despite the fact that the club spent big money on both of them.

However, this has not put an end to reports that Gallagher could be on the move, as the club look to battle with Financial Fair Play regulations.

If the 24-year-old is to move on, it is likely that the Blues will look for some form of replacement, and it has been reported today that that player could well be Olmo.
